An Eye to the Future recognises that being a person who is blind or vision impaired impacts life in many ways, including gaining and maintaining employment. This program seeks to link people who are looking for meaningful paid employment, with diverse and inclusive organisations.
We can support you to increase job readiness skills throughout the application and interview process, and step into meaningful, paid employment. We then provide mentoring to both you, the individual and organisation at the commencement of the employment contract.
