About Blind Citizens Australia (BCA)
Blind Citizens Australia (BCA) is the national representative organisation of people who are blind or vision impaired. Our mission is to inform, connect, and empower Australians who are blind, or vision impaired and the broader community.
About An Eye to the Future
BCA recently launched An Eye to the Future; a project aimed at changing perceptions associated with hiring someone who is blind or vision impaired, and to highlight the skills, knowledge and diversity they can bring to the workplace.
Who should attend BCA’s Employment Symposium
Our Employment Symposium is designed for businesses, organisations, and government departments who are keen to make their workplace more accessible and inclusive. - Chief Executive Officers (CEOs)
- HR staff
- Management
- Recruitment professionals
